Terms of Service

1. Overview By placing an order, booking a service, or using the Con Amor, Nina y León website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Orders & Payment All custom cake and catering orders must be paid in full 7 days before the event date. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. For wholesale and catering orders, payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement.

3. Cancellations & Refunds All sales are final. Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial credit toward a future order at our discretion. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date forfeit the full payment.

4. Custom Orders Custom cake designs are created based on the information provided at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to make minor design adjustments while maintaining the overall aesthetic. Final results may vary from inspiration images. Con Amor, Nina y León is not responsible for dissatisfaction arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Tastings Tasting fees are non-refundable. If a tasting fee is paid and the client proceeds with a booking, the tasting fee will be applied toward the total order balance.

6. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy. We are not a certified allergen-free facility. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies before ordering. Con Amor, Nina y León is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to disclose dietary restrictions.

7. Delivery Delivery is available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee based on location. Risk of damage passes to the client upon delivery and acceptance. Con Amor, Nina y León is not responsible for damage that occurs after the order has been delivered and accepted by the client or their representative. If the client is transporting the order themselves, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit.

8. Catering Catering bookings require a signed agreement and deposit to secure your date. Final guest counts must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event. Changes to guest count within 7 days of the event may not be accommodated and will not result in a reduction of the quoted price. Con Amor, Nina y León is not responsible for delays or inability to perform due to venue access issues, incomplete event information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control on the day of the event.

9. Wholesale & Stockist Partnerships Wholesale orders are subject to minimum order quantities and lead times outlined at the time of agreement. Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Stockist cancellations or reductions to standing orders must be communicated at least 7 days in advance. Orders that have already been prepared are non-refundable. Con Amor, Nina y León reserves the right to discontinue wholesale partnerships at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Food Styling & Creative Direction Food styling sessions require a deposit to confirm the booking. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session forfeit the deposit. Con Amor, Nina y León retains the right to photograph all work produced during styling sessions and to use those images for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the session. Clients wishing to restrict usage of session imagery must communicate this in writing before the session date.

11. Photo & Social Media Usage Con Amor, Nina y León reserves the right to photograph all orders and use those images on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you would prefer your order not be shared publicly, please notify us in writing at the time of ordering. We will always respect your request.

12. Intellectual Property All photography, branding, recipes, and content on this website belong to Con Amor, Nina y León. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

13. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Riverside County, California.
